Adult CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training teaches you how to recognize and respond to a cardiac emergency when an adult becomes unresponsive and is not breathing normally. The course combines classroom instruction, instructor demonstrations, and hands-on practice to help students develop the knowledge and confidence to act during a life-threatening emergency.
